Absolutely — we encourage it. We offer free meet-and-greet visits so your pet can see the space and meet our team before their stay. This helps reduce anxiety for both you and your pet.
Bring their regular food (enough for the stay plus a day extra), any medication, and a favourite toy or blanket from home. The familiar scents help them settle in. We provide bedding, bowls, and plenty of attention.
Dogs have supervised group play sessions with other compatible dogs. If your dog prefers alone time or has specific social needs, we'll accommodate that with individual play sessions. Cats have their own quiet, separate boarding area.
We send daily photo and video updates via text or email — whichever you prefer. You're also welcome to call and check in any time during opening hours.
We have an emergency vet protocol in place. If your pet needs medical attention, we'll contact you immediately and take them to our partner vet clinic. We ask that you provide emergency contact details and your vet's information when you book.
