It depends on the breed and coat type. Long-haired breeds benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks, while short-haired dogs may only need a bath and brush every 8–12 weeks. Our groomers can recommend a schedule for your specific pet.
Yes! We offer cat grooming by appointment. Our groomers have experience with all coat types and temperaments. We take extra care to keep the experience calm and gentle for feline clients.
We specialise in making nervous pets feel comfortable. We'll take things slow, use treats and positive reinforcement, and never force anything. For very anxious pets, we recommend starting with a short 'introduction' visit before booking a full groom.
A full groom typically takes 1.5–3 hours depending on the breed, coat condition, and services requested. We'll give you a time estimate when you book and text you when your pet is ready for collection.
Just your pet! If they have a specific shampoo or conditioner you'd prefer us to use, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, we use premium, pet-safe products suitable for all coat types.
